摘要
超大直径钻孔灌注桩(SLD桩)具有隐蔽性、复杂性和不确定性等突出特点,这些特点使其在施工中存在较大的风险。为了降低施工风险,采用层次分析法(AHP)对SLD桩施工风险及各风险的权重进行了研究。首先,建立风险评价指标体系,对SLD桩的风险进行分类,确定影响风险的主、子因素;其次,制定SLD桩施工风险种类及影响风险的主、子因素表,进行专家调查;最后,以海南铺前大桥主桥桩基工程为例,30位专家对影响风险的因素进行评估,对评估进行合成权重计算,得到各指标的最终权重,并进行了一致性检验,检验结果表明一致性良好。针对一个SLD桩基工程进行风险评估,得出了SLD桩施工风险种类及各风险权重,相关结果可供实际工程借鉴参考。
The super large diameter bored pile(SLD pile) has the prominent characteristics of concealment, complexity and uncertainty. These characteristics make it more risky in construction. In order to reduce the risk of construction, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to study the risk and weight of SLD pile construction. First of all, establish risk assessment index system, classify the risk of SLD pile, and determine the main and sub factors that affect the risks. Then, the risk types of SLD pile construction and the list of main and sub factors that affect the risks are worked out and the expert investigation is carried out. Finally, taking the pile foundation project of the main bridge of Hainan Puqian bridge as an example, 30 experts are surveyed to assess the factors that affect the risks. The final weight of each index is calculated by the synthetic weight calculation, and the consistency test is carried out. The results show that the consistency is good. According to the risk assessment of a SLD pile foundation project, the risk types and weights of SLD pile construction are obtained, and the relevant results can be used as a reference by the actual project.
