建筑施工项目在当前更为复杂,施工难度较高,如此也就对管理工作提出了更高的要求。为了较好地优化提升建筑施工项目管理水平,除了要注重管理人员综合素质的培养外,往往还需要充分借助先进技术予以支持。本文重点围绕建筑施工项目管理中BIM技术的有效应用,首先介绍了BIM技术的应用特点和优势,其次具体论述了如何在建筑施工项目各个环节中予以优化管理。

At present, the construction project is more complex and difficult, which also poses great challenges to the management. In order to better optimize and improve the management level of construction projects, in addition to focusing on the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of management personnel, it is often necessary to fully rely on advanced technology to provide necessary support, in which the application of BIM Technology can play an ideal role. This paper focuses on the effective application of BIM Technology in the construction project management, first introduces the application characteristics and advantages of BIM Technology, and then specifically discusses how to optimize the management in each link of the construction project.
