摘要
本文结合某工程PHC管桩抗拔试验中钢筋断裂案例,通过收集相关资料数据,分析得出原因是钢筋焊接不紧密,焊接处相继断裂,钢筋受力不均匀导致的失效。根据规范应该判断该桩抗拔试验无效,并进行补充试验,不能将前一级荷载作为该桩极限荷载。该试验失效造成人力、物力的再投入和经济损失,为避免此类问题再次发生,本文提出了抗拔试验的几点注意事项,具有一定的参考价值与意义。
In this paper, the fracture of steel bars in the pull-out test of PHC pipe pile is analyzed. By collecting relevant data, the analysis shows that the reason is that the reinforcement welding is not tight with successive fracture of weld and uneven stress on the reinforcement. According to the code, it should be judged that the uplift test of the pile is invalid. Thus, it is required to carry out supplementary test. The previous level load cannot be taken as the ultimate load of the pile. The failure of the test results in the reinvestment and economic loss of human and material resources. In order to prevent the occurring of this kind of problem, this paper puts forward some points for attention in the pull-out test, which has certain reference value and significance.
