This paper takes a certain expressway project in province as an example, and according to the characteristics of the project, compares and selects various construction techniques of soft soil subgrade, including blasting compaction technique, cement mixing pile technique, riprap compaction technique, plastic drainage plate preloading technique, etc., and finally elaborates the construction methods of soft soil subgrade in detail, which has great significance.
