公路工程造价全风险管理分析

随着我国经济的快速发展以及城市化进程的不断深入,公路工程的数量和规模与往年相比明显增大,对我国现代化建设发展也起到了重要的推动作用。公路工程作为我国工程建设领域中的重要环节,承担着保证人民群众安全出行的重任,同时也关系着各个区域之间经济的发展和交流,对建筑领域以及我国经济的发展都有重要影响。但是,目前由于公路工程数量和规模庞大,再加上其施工周期以及投资金额大等特点,在公路工程施工中也会面临很多的风险,尤其是工程造价风险,稍有不慎,就会造成资源浪费的情况。因此,必须加强对公路工程造价全风险的管理,本篇文章主要分析公路工程造价全风险管理,并提出有效的控制策略[1]。

With the development of China’s economy and urbanization, the number and scale of highway engineering have increased significantly compared with the previous years, and also played an important role in promoting the development of China’s modernization. As an important link in the field of engineering construction in China, highway engineering bears the responsibility of ensuring the safety of people’s travel, relates with the economic development and exchange between various regions, and has an important impact on the construction field and the economic development of our country. However, at present, due to the large number and scale of highway engineering, coupled with the characteristics of its construction period and large investment amount, there are also many risks in the construction of highway engineering, especially the risk of project costs. A little carelessness may cause waste of resources. So it is necessary to strengthen the management of the total risk of highway engineering cost. This paper mainly analyzes the whole risk management of highway engineering costs and then puts forwards effective control strategy.
