摘要
我国空间规划体系正处于转型变革的关键时期,国土空间规划在规划体系上承上启下,更是作为国家的重要政策调控工具被使用,它将有力地支撑国家的转型发展。在新形势下,社会经济发展、产业结构发展、生态文明建设、城镇化发展与国土空间规划密不可分,本文从这四个方面对国土空间规划提出新要求,并进行思考,使国土空间规划更好地发挥作用。
China’s spatial planning system is in a critical period of transformation and reform.As an important policy control tool,land spatial planning is used to support the transformation and development of the country.Under the new situation,social and economic development,industrial structure development,ecological civilization construction,urbanization development and land space planning are inseparable.This paper puts forward new requirements for land space planning from these four aspects,so as to make land space planning play its role better.
