The old city’s strategy of decentralizing land balance in different places,planning for more demolition and less construction,and pure demolition without construction enabled the historical and cultural protection of the old city to be implemented in spatial layout.The protection and creation of urban history and humanities is a long-term,systematic and professional project.It must be treated rationally and built steadily,avoiding of short-term success and profits or being constructed in a rough and slipshod way.The boutique awareness shall be implemented in each every conservation and creation work.
