建设工程中甲方工程管理的策略探讨

Discussion on the Strategy of Party A’s Project Management in Construction Project

随着建筑工程施工质量的不断提高,建筑行业的施工技术也处于快速发展阶段,因此,为保障建筑工程按时、保质保量完成,需要充分发挥甲方在建筑工程管理中的作用,构建"四位一体"的建筑工程质量管理体系。本文采用理论分析法,以机场土地建设为研究重点,分析了甲方在建筑工程管理中的基本工作内容,依据建筑工程管理中存在的问题,提出有关解决措施。

With the continuous improvement of the construction quality of the construction project,the construction technology of the construction industry is also in the stage of rapid development.In order to ensure the timely,qualified and quantified completion of the construction project,it is necessary to give full play to the role of Party A in the construction project management to build a"four-in-one"construction engineering quality management system.Based on the theoretical analysis and focusing on the airport land construction,this paper analyzes the basic contents of Party A’s work in the construction project management,and puts forward some measures to solve the problems existing in the construction project management.
