市政给水工程施工过程的成本控制与竣工结算研究

Study on Cost Control and Completion Settlement in the Construction Process of Municipal Water Supply Project

在市政给水工程中,制订切实有效的成本控制措施,有利于提高施工企业经济效益和市场竞争力。文章以厦门市同安区汀溪水库群至翔安原水输水工程第Ⅲ标段为例,通过全方位综合成本控制、项目监督与组织设计等方面,深入分析了施工过程的成本管控要点,并结合项目就如何做好竣工结算工作进行了总结,以期为同类项目提供有益的参考。

In the municipal water supply project,it is beneficial to improve the economic benefits and market competitiveness of construction enterprises to formulate effective cost control measures.Taking the third bid section of the raw water transmission project from Tingxi reservoir group to Xiang’an in Tong’an District of Xiamen as an example,this paper analyzes the key points of cost control in the construction process through comprehensive cost control,project supervision and organization design,and summarizes how to complete the completion settlement work in combination with the project,so as to provide useful reference for similar projects.
