大都市边缘区产业结构演进过程及影响因素研究--以NJ市LS区为例

Research on Evolution Process and in Fluencing Factors of Industrial Structure in Metropolitan Fringe Area:Taking LS District of NJ City as an Example

大都市边缘区由于特殊的地理位置,相对于中心城区而言一般较为落后,大都市边缘区产业结构演进的分析对于推动其产业结构合理化、高级化的发展有着重要意义。文章以JS省NJ市LS区为研究对象,探究LS区1988-2017年产业结构演进过程及其影响因素。研究发现:近30年来LS区产业结构不断呈高级化趋势;产业结构与就业结构趋于协调;农业内部结构较为单一,第二产业以低技术密集型产业为主,第三产业现代服务业水平较低;LS区产业结构与JS省产业结构"同构化"严重;LS区产业竞争力不断提高。行政区划、交通便利、科技进步、制度安排是影响LS区产业结构演进的主要因素。

This paper selects the LS District of NJ as the research object, and explores the industrial structure evolution process and its influencing factors in LS District from 1988 to 2017. The study finds that the industrial structure of LS District has been continuously upgraded in the past 30 years;the industrial structure and employment structure tend to be coordinated;the internal structure of agriculture is relatively simple;the secondary industry is dominated by low-tech-intensive industries;the tertiary industry has a low level of modern service industry;the industrial structure of LS District and the industrial structure of JS Province have formed a serious "isomorphism" phenomenon;and the industrial competitiveness of LS District has been continuously improved. Combining the above phenomena, this paper further demonstrates that administrative divisions, convenient transportation, scientific and technological progress,and institutional arrangements are the main factors affecting the evolution of industrial structure in LS District.
