南山公路隧道长压短抽式通风除尘模拟研究

摘要 为研究长压短抽通风条件下公路隧道施工过程中粉尘扩散分布规律,以南山公路隧道为例,建立Fluent数值模型,讨论压风筒和抽风筒的相对位置与压抽比对隧洞内粉尘分布的影响。研究结果表明:风筒距工作面距离和压抽比都会影响粉尘分布,压风筒距工作面16m(4√A^5√A,A为隧洞断面面积,单位为m^2),抽风筒距工作面4m(√A^1.1√A),压抽比为1.2时,粉尘扩散距离不超过5m,涡流区域最小,通风除尘效果最佳。 The high concentration of dust generated during the construction of highway tunnels seriously endangers the health of personnel.In order to study the law of dust diffusion and distribution under Far-Pressing-Near-Absorption ventilation conditions,taking Nanshan Highway Tunnel as an example,a numerical model is established to discuss the influence of the relative position of the air cylinder and pressure extraction ration on dust distribution.The results show that the distance between the air cylinder and the working surface and the pressure extraction ratio will affect the dust distribution.When the pressing cylinder is 16m from the working surface(4√A^5√A,A where A is the cross-sectional area of the tunnel,and the unit is m^2),the absorption cylinder is 4m from the working surface(√A^1.1√A)and the pressure extraction ratio is 1.2,the dust diffusion distance does not exceed 5m,and the vortex area is the smallest,and the ventilation and dust removal effect is the best.
