This paper aims to introduce the functions and characteristics of Ear Master software in the teaching of sight-singing and ear-training, and the status quo of the traditional teaching mode of sight-singing and ear-training. The use of Ear Master software teaching tools, taking the application of sight-singing and ear-training classes as an example, which explores and practices the mixed teaching mode, is an important way for colleges and universities to continuously deepen teaching and reform of music majors, and to improve the effectiveness of music teaching.
