多重跨界融合视角下的高校高素质创新创业人才培养模式初探

A Preliminary Study on the Training Model of High-Quality Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Multiple Cross-Border Integration

随着大数据和人工智能时代的到来,各行各业对人才需求发生了颠覆式的变化,既有科技硬实力又有人文软实力的高素质创新创业人才必将成为高等院校特别是地方应用型高校人才培养的主要目标,这就要求高等院校人才培养模式也必须随之改变。文章认为要实现上述目标,就必须认真贯彻落实新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议和全国教育大会的精神,走"指导思想、学科专业、课程设置、教师队伍结构、教育模式、教学模式"等方面的多重跨界融合之路,构建德智体美劳全面发展的教育教学体系,形成更高水平的高素质创新创业人才培养体系。

With the era of big data and artificial intelligence’s coming, the demand for talents in all walks of life has undergone a subversive change. High-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents with hard strength of science and technology and soft power of humanity will become the main goal for personnel training in colleges and universities,(esp. local practicality-oriented institution) which requires the training mode of talents in colleges and universities to be changed accordingly. In order to achieve this goal,we must earnestly implement the spirit of the National Conference on Undergraduate Education and the National Conference on Education in Higher Education in the New Age. Colleges and universities must take the road of comprehensive cross-border integration in six aspects: guidance, discipline and specialty, curriculum setting, teaching faculty structure, education model and teaching mode,and then fully construct the education and teaching system of comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical and labor in order to form a higher level of high-quality innovative entrepreneurship training system.
