Design on Integrated Service Platform for Equipment Monitoring Maintenance Based on SSH2 Framework

企业设备发生故障将影响经济效益。为了迅速组织维修、降低故障造成的损失,笔者开发了设备监测维修系统。首先,设计了系统用例,提供可靠的功能和易于分析的数据;然后,设计了核心功能,包括设备状态监测、设备故障预测、设备维修决策和设备维修保养等。本平台的成功应用,能够提高企业信息化水平,促进企业设备维修管理规范化。

The breakdown of enterprise equipment will affect the economic benefits.In order to organize maintenance quickly and reduce the loss caused by failure,the equipment monitoring and maintenance system is developed.First,the system use case is designed to provide reliable functions and easy to analyze data;then,the core functions are designed,including equipment status monitoring,equipment failure prediction,equipment maintenance decision-making and equipment maintenance.The successful application of this platform can improve the level of enterprise information and promote the standardization of enterprise equipment maintenance management.
