本文系统回顾了PCR技术的发展历程和不同类型PCR仪器的演变,阐释了PCR仪器在2019-nCoV检测中的应用。对PCR仪器领域近十年国外来华专利申请的申请趋势、审查结论及专利权有效性和重要申请人进行了研究,对前两位重要申请人的重点技术及相关专利布局情况作了深入分析,指出PCR仪器向集成化、自动化、精准化和数字化发展的趋势。对PCR仪器领域近十年国外来华专利申请的分析,有助于我国创新主体了解该领域的前沿技术和发展动态,借鉴先进技术,明确研究方向,规避侵权风险。

This article systematically reviews the development of PCR technology and the evolution of different types of PCR instruments,explains the application of PCR instruments in 2019-nCoV detection.We investigate the filing trend,examination conclusions,patent validity and important applicants of oversea patent applications in China of the past decade in the field of PCR instruments.We also study on the key technologies and related patent layouts of the first two important applicants.We find the technologies of PCR instruments are developing towards integration,automation,precision and digitalization.The analysis of oversea patent applications in the field of PCR instruments in recent ten years would be helpful to understand the frontier technologies and development trends,to learn from advanced technology,to adjust research directions and to avoid infringement risks.
