Patent Big Data Exploring Chinese Medicinal Materials for Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19

尝试从中国传统中药专利信息数据资源利用出发来探索用于治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的中药材及组方信息。以防治病毒性肺炎中药为主题,检索并人工筛选最相关的专利文献,然后将这些专利文献中涉及的全部中药组方进行了标引加工,获得精确的抗病毒肺炎中药组方信息和中药材配伍信息。进而挖掘出在防治病毒性肺炎专利组方中最常用的100味中药材,和超过90%的抗病毒性肺炎中药组方使用了的12种中药材。基于专利信息的大数据分析或许成为现代中医学认识和创新的有效手段。

This paper attempts to explore the traditional Chinese medicine patent information data resources to explore the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the prescription information for the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Taking the traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of viral pneumonia as the theme,the most relevant patent literatures were searched and manually selected,and then all the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions involved in these patent literatures were indexed and processed to obtain accurate antiviral pneumonia traditional Chinese medicine prescription information and traditional Chinese medicine materials compatibility information.Furthermore,the 100 flavors of Chinese herbal medicines most commonly used in the patent prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of viral pneumonia,and the twelve kinds of Chinese herbal medicines used in more than 90%of the antiviral pneumonia prescriptions.Big data analysis based on patent information may become an effective means of understanding and innovation in modern Chinese medicine.
