微创牙冠延长术联合FiltekTMZ350纳米流动复合树脂充填治疗龈下楔状缺损患者的短期随访研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析微创牙冠延长术联合FiltekTMZ350纳米流动复合树脂充填治疗龈下楔状缺损患者的短期效果。方法选取我院龈下楔状缺损患者68例(2018年9月~2019年4月),按随机数字表法分为微创组(n=34)与常规组(n=34),常规组予以常规牙冠延长术联合FiltekTMZ350纳米流动复合树脂充填,微创组予以微创牙冠延长术联合FiltekTMZ350纳米流动复合树脂充填。对比两组术后1d、术后3d、术后7d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,统计两组术前、术后1周、术后8周、术后6个月探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)、出血指数(BI)变化,并对比两组美观满意度。结果术后1d、术后3d、术后7d微创组VAS评分较常规组低(P<0.05);术后1周、术后8周、术后6个月微创组PD较常规组低(P<0.05);术后1周、术后8周、术后6个月微创组AL较常规组低(P<0.05);术前、术后1周、术后8周、术后6个月两组BI指数相比无显著差异(P>0.05);微创组美观满意度96.97%(32/33)较常规组81.25%(26/32)高(P<0.05)。结论微创牙冠延长术联合FiltekTMZ350纳米流动复合树脂充填应用于龈下楔状缺损患者中,能减轻术后疼痛,改善龈缘和牙周袋底之间距离,减轻牙周组织破坏程度,出血程度低,并具有较高美观满意度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the short-term effects of minimally invasive crown lengthening combined with FiltekTM Z350 nano-flow composite resin filling in the treatment of patients with infraorbital wedge-shaped defects.Methods A total of 68 patients with wedge-shaped defects in our hospital (September 2018-April 2019) were enrolled.The patients were divided into the minimally invasive group (n=34) and the conventional group (n=34) according to the random number table.Conventional crown extension was combined with FiltekTM Z350 nano-flow composite resin,and the minimally invasive group was treated with minimally invasive crown extension combined with FiltekTM Z350 nano-flow composite resin.The visual analogue scale (VAS) scores were compared between the two groups,1 day after surgery,3 days after surgery,and 7 days after surgery.The depth of probing (PD) was calculated before operation,1 week after surgery,8 weeks after surgery,and 6 months after operation.,loss of attachment (AL),bleeding index (BI) changes,and compare the two groups of aesthetic satisfaction.Results The VAS scores of the minimally invasive group were lower than those of the conventional group at 1 day,3 days after surgery and 7 days after operation (P﹤0.05).The PD in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the conventional group at 1 week,8 weeks after surgery and 6 months after operation.(P﹤0.05);AL in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the conventional group at 1 week,8 weeks after surgery,and 6 months after surgery (P﹤0.05);preoperative,1 week postoperative,8 weeks postoperative,postoperative There was no significant difference in BI index between the two groups at 6 months (P﹥0.05);the aesthetic satisfaction of the minimally invasive group was 96.97% (32/33) higher than that of the conventional group (81.25% (26/32)) (P﹤0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive crown extension combined with FiltekTM Z350 nano-flow composite resin filling in patients with underarm wedge-shaped defects can reduce postoperative pain,improve the distance between the gingival margin and periodontal pocket,reduce the degree of periodontal tissue damage,and the degree of bleeding.Low,and has a high aesthetic satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical application.
