New progress in the treatment of hypertrophic scar by local injection

增生性瘢痕是创伤后组织过度修复、细胞外基质沉积紊乱的结果,具体的分子生物学水平发病机制尚不明确,临床治疗也缺乏可靠的标准。增生性瘢痕手术切除后易复发,局部药物注射治疗成为主要治疗手段之一,操作简单且疗效确切。近年来,在药物注射治疗增生性瘢痕方面进展较快,本文将结合国内外最新文献对增生性瘢痕药物注射治疗的进展作一综述。

Hypertrophic scar is the result of the disorder of extracellular matrix deposition after traumatic tissue repair,the specific molecular biology level pathogenesis is not clear,clinical treatment is lack of reliable standards.Hypertrophic scar is easy to relapse after surgical removal,local drug injection therapy has become one of the main treatment methods,which is simple and effective.In recent years,drug injection therapy for hypertrophic scar has made rapid progress.This paper will review the progress of drug injection therapy for hypertrophic scar based on the latest literature at home and abroad.
