野菊花GRF基因家族的鉴定和生物信息学分析

摘要 运用生物信息学对野菊花中植物生长调控因子(Growth Regulation Factors,GRF)基因家族成员的一些基本理化性质、蛋白质的亚细胞定位、进化树的构建、基因结构、保守结构域和保守基序、潜在磷酸化修饰位点以及蛋白质二级结构进行分析发现,野菊花GRF蛋白家族多数成员氨基酸数量相差不大,15个家族成员亚细胞定位均在细胞核。通过进化树构建、基因结构和保守基序、保守结构域分析发现,QLQ和WRC这两个结构域在大部分家族成员中存在,且亲缘关系相近的GRF家族成员所含有的保守基序也十分相似。 To study the plant Growth Regulation Factors(GRF)gene family in Chrysanthemum indicum,with the bioinformatics analysis method,a series of analyses including basic physical and chemical properties,protein physicochemical properties,subcellular localization of proteins,phylogenetic tree construction,gene structure,conserved domains,conservation analysis of motifs,potential phosphorylation modification sites,and protein secondary structure were done.The total of 15 GRF gene family members of Chrysanthemum indicum were identified in this experiment.It was found by protein analysis that the number of amino acids in the majority of GRF protein family of Chrysanthemum indicum have not much difference.Analysis of phylogenetic tree construction,gene structure and conserved motifs,and conserved domain,we can conclude that most families contain two domains,QLQ and WRC,and the GRF family members which have similar genetic relationships also have similar conserved motifs.
