摘要
用荧光定量PCR对4份湖南省永州市某猪场送检的样品进行猪圆环病毒、猪蓝耳病毒、猪瘟病毒和猪伪狂犬病毒检测。检测结果显示,圆环病毒均为阳性,其他病毒均为阴性。结合猪群流行病学、临床症状和病理变化,初步诊断为猪圆环病毒感染。
Four samples from a pig farm in Yongzhou,Hunan province were detected the Porcine circovirus,Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,Swine fever virus and Porcine pseudorabies virus by QPCR.The results showed that porcine circovirus was positive.The others were negative.Combined with the epidemiology,clinical symptoms and pathological changes of pigs,the preliminary diagnosis was pig circovirus infection.
