摘要
采用Fluent软件中的ED燃爆模型对空气-乙烷多元混合体系进行二维稳态燃爆模拟。结果表明,5种工况球中心燃爆最高温度瞬间可分别达到900 K、1000 K、1100 K、1150 K和1200 K,其最高温度分布范围分别为距球中心0.01~0.03 m、0.10~0.20 m、0.10~0.25 m、0.10~0.28 m以及0.10~0.28 m处。5种工况的燃爆压力波动由球中心-球体空间-壁面-球体空间的分布。模拟时还发现,在工况2~5下会发生回燃现象,回燃距离分别为距球心0.00~0.01 m、0.01~0.025 m、0.01~0.04 m以及0.01~0.08 m处,其中工况5的回燃现象最为突出。
The ED explosion model in Fluent software was used to simulate the two-dimensional steady-state explosion of a mixed system of air ethane.The results show that the maximum temperature of the center of the ball in five operating conditions can instantly reach 900K、1000K、1100K、1150K and 1200K,and the maximum temperature distribution ranges are 0.01~0.03 m,0.10~0.20m,0.10~0.25 m,0.10~0.28m and 0.10~0.28m.The explosion pressure fluctuations in the five operating conditions are distributed by the center of the ball-sphere space-wall surface-sphere space.During the simulation,it was also found that flashback phenomenon would occur under 2~5 conditions.The flashback distances were 0.00~0.01 m,0.01~0.025 m,0.01~0.04 m,and 0.01~0.08 m from the center of the ball respectively.Among them,the heat recovery phenomenon of working condition 5 is the most prominent.
