摘要
基于当前非遗创造性转化和创新性发展要求,文章从地方高校高层次非遗人才培养紧迫性出发,分析了当前非遗专业人才培养中教育体系、培养层次、社会需求、专业师资、教学质量等方面存在的问题和困难,以闽江师专创新闽剧专业人才培养为例,探讨了以社会需求为导向、以学科专业建设为根本、以科学研究为手段、以创新为驱动、以“实用可用好用”为落脚点的“产学研创用”五位一体的人才培养路径。
Based on the current demand for the creative transformation and innovative development of intangible cultural heritage,coupling with the pressing situation of cultivating high-level intangible cultural heritage talents in local colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the current cultivation of intangible cultural heritage talents in the aspects of education systems,levels of cultivation,social demand,faculty and teaching quality.Taking the cultivation of Fuzhou Opera talents in Minjiang Teachers College as an example,this paper probes into the way of fostering intangible cultural heritage talents in five combinations in enterprises,university,research,innovation and application that are based on social demand,discipline building,scientific research,innovation and pragmatic uses.
