摘要 目的:评估基于3D打印技术研发心脏外科教学模型和将其用于临床教学中的价值。方法:对2018年12月~2019年1月安排到我科见习的50名临床专业本科生予以调查指标分析,依据随机数字表法开展分组,各个组别纳入25名,实验组运用基于3D打印技术研发的心脏外科教学模型实行心脏外科临床教学,对照组运用常规PPT课件实行心脏外科临床教学,研究临床专业本科生的理论考核分数值、操作考核分数值。结果:实验组临床专业本科生的理论考核分数值、操作考核分数值均大于对照组统计指标结果(P<0.05)。结论:在心脏外科临床教学中采用基于3D打印技术研发心脏外科教学模型呈现出良好应用效果。 Objective:To evaluate the value of developing teaching model of cardiac surgery based on 3D printing technology and its application in clinical teaching.Methods:From December 2018 to January 2019,50 clinical undergraduates who were assigned to our department for probation were analyzed and divided into two groups according to random digital table method.25 students in each group were included in each group.The experimental group used the teaching model of cardiac surgery based on 3D printing technology to carry out clinical teaching of cardiac surgery,while the control group used conventional PPT courseware to carry out clinical teaching of cardiac surgery.The theoretical assessment score and operation assessment score of clinical undergraduates were studied.Results:The theoretical assessment score and operation assessment score of clinical undergraduates of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to develop the teaching model of cardiac surgery based on 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of cardiac surgery.
