目前,初中英语教学效果不尽如人意,其主要原因就是教学理念存在很严重的缺陷。老师在教学过程中没有考虑到学生的差异性,采用单一的教学方法,导致教学目标无法实现。目前在初中英语教学中,学生成绩存在的一个问题就是两极分化,要解决这个问题就需要改变教学方式,使用分层教学提高教学质量。现阶段,初中英语老师面临的一个重要难题就是如何采用分层教学来实现教学目标,这种教学方法的核心就是因材施教,因此,在初中英语课堂教学过程中正确合理地使用分层教学法以提高教学质量。
