摘要 目前,初中英语教学效果不尽如人意,其主要原因就是教学理念存在很严重的缺陷。老师在教学过程中没有考虑到学生的差异性,采用单一的教学方法,导致教学目标无法实现。目前在初中英语教学中,学生成绩存在的一个问题就是两极分化,要解决这个问题就需要改变教学方式,使用分层教学提高教学质量。现阶段,初中英语老师面临的一个重要难题就是如何采用分层教学来实现教学目标,这种教学方法的核心就是因材施教,因此,在初中英语课堂教学过程中正确合理地使用分层教学法以提高教学质量。 The teaching effect of the current junior English is not satisfactory.The main reason is that there is a serious flaw in the teaching concept.Teachers do not take into account the differences of students and use a single teaching method in the teaching process,making it difficult to achieve the teaching goals.At present,the problem with student performance in junior English teaching is polarization.To solve this problem,it is necessary to change teaching methods and use layered teaching to improve teaching quality.However,an important problem faced by junior English teachers at this stage is how to use layered teaching to achieve teaching goals.The core of this teaching method is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.If used correctly and effectively in junior English classroom teaching,the layered teaching method will improve teaching quality.
