摘要
片筏基础大体积混凝土承台梁施工技术受自然地质环境与建筑设计要求等多方面影响,在软土地基或高层建筑施工中较为常见。对该技术的应用需要基于地质勘探分析,运用科学的技术方式与施工工艺改良方法,可增强片筏基础的作用,其重点在于对荷载与压力的有效分散及传导,并在施工中按照标准工序逐步进行,注意材料配比、振捣作业、养护等环节的施工要点。
The construction technology of mass concrete bearing beam of raft foundation is affected by natural geological environment and architectural design requirements, which is common in the construction of soft soil foundation or high-rise buildings. The application of this technology needs to be based on geological exploration and analysis. Making use of scientific technical methods and construction process improvement methods can enhance the role of raft foundation. The key point is to effectively disperse and conduct the load and pressure, carry out gradually according to the standard process in the construction, and pay attention to the key construction points of material ratio, vibration operation, maintenance and other links.
