新时代司法职业院校创新发展理念的思考

Thoughts on the Innovation and Development Idea of Judicial Vocational Colleges in the New Era

新时代国家职业教育发展将"稳就业"作为首要任务,"就业优先"成为职业院校发展理念的重要内容。《国家职业教育改革实施方案》针对高职教育提出的"扩招计划""双高计划"等,对新时代司法职业院校的定位提出了新课题。真正实现司法职业院校科学有效的创新发展,大力培养"德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人",必须进行多层面的理念更新和强化。为此,在学生层面应重点围绕更新"素质培养理念"和"职业能力提升理念";院校自身层面应重点更新"专业设置能力理念"和"质量提升理念";而在社会和国家层面,则应该强化司法职业教育的"价值理念"和"制度理念"。

In the new era,the development of national vocational education takes"stable employment"as the primary task,"employment priority"has become an important part of the development concept of vocational colleges."National vocational education reform implementation plan"proposed"expansion plan","double high plan",etc.for higher vocational education,and put forward a new task for the orientation of judicial vocational colleges in the new era.To truly realize the scientific and effective innovative development of judicial vocational colleges and vigorously train"the socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor",we must renew and strengthen multiple aspects of the concept.Therefore,we should focus on the renewal of"quality cultivation concept"and"professional ability promotion concept"at the student level.Colleges should focus on updating"the concept of specialty setting ability"and"the concept of quality improvement".Moreover,we should strengthen the"value concept"and"system concept"of judicial vocational education at social and national level.
