In digital economy era,telecommunications operators are facing the opportunity of convergence between digital economy and real economy.The key success factor is the understanding of vertical industries,figuring out the market opportunities in scenarios,and identifying the large scale of horizontal common capabilities.In this article,it is proposed that operators positioning as enabler of digital economy,adopting effective product strategy,marketing strategy and ecosystem strategy,becoming new generation of digital solution service provider.
