基于网络平台的护理干预对妊娠期高血压孕妇自我保健管理能力和妊娠结局的影响

Influence of nursing intervention based on network platform on self-care management ability and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension

目的探讨基于网络平台的护理干预对妊娠期高血压孕妇自我保健管理能力和分娩结局的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2017年2月门诊产检首次诊断为妊娠高血压疾病的初产妇67例(流失样本7例),抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用基于网络平台的护理干预,对照组采用孕期门诊咨询、集中式孕妇学校学习等常规护理措施。比较两组孕妇的自我保健管理能力及其妊娠结局。结果两组妊娠期高血压孕妇经护理干预后对疾病认知程度以及自我防护行为、胎儿监护行为、遵医行为、日常行为方面,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组发生子痫前期、早产及剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于网络平台的护理干预能提高妊娠期高血压孕妇对疾病的认识度及自我保健管理能力,从而有效控制控制血压,降低母婴并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on the network platform on the self-care management ability and delivery outcome of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods From September 2016 to February 2017,67 cases(7 lost samples)of primary parturient women who were diagnosed as pregnancy-induced hypertension for the first time in the outpatient check-up were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group by lottery,with 30 cases each.The observation group adopted the nursing intervention based on the network platform,and the control group adopted the routine nursing measures,such as the pregnancy consultation,the centralized pregnant women's school learning and so on.The self-care management ability of the two groups of pregnant women and their pregnancy outcomes were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the two groups of pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy showed statistically significant differences in disease cognition,self-protection behavior,fetal monitoring behavior,compliance behavior and daily behavior(P<0.05).The rates of preeclampsia,preterm delivery and cesarean section in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing intervention based on the network platform can improve the pregnant women with hypertension in pregnancy to understand the disease and self-care management ability,so as to effectively control blood pressure,reduce the occurrence of maternal and infant complications.
