家属-护士协作对小儿静脉输液留置针穿刺成功率的影响

The influence of family nurses'cooperation on the puncture success rate of intravenous infusion indwelling needle in children

目的探讨家属-护士协作对低年资护士小儿静脉输液留置针穿刺成功率的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月于武汉市第一医院静脉输液的小儿患者100例,依据随机数字表法分为A组(护士单人操作)和B组(家属-护士协作),各50例。比较两组一次性置管成功率、患儿依从情况、疼痛情况、家属满意度和不良反应发生情况。结果B组一次性置管成功率(94%)、患儿依从性(74%)和家属满意度(94%)均明显高于A组的64%、46%和78%,B组患儿疼痛程度(3级及以下47例)明显轻于A组(3级及以下40例),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论家属参与可提高低年资护士小儿静脉输液留置针穿刺成功率,减轻患儿疼痛,提高其依从性,减少不良反应,提高家属对护理质量的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of family nurses'cooperation on the puncture success rate of intravenous infusion indwelling needle in children.Methods A total of 100 pediatric patients receiving intravenous infusion in the First Hospital of Wuhan from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and were divided into Group A(nurse single operation)and Group B(family nurse collaboration)with 50 cases each according to the random number table.The success rate of one-time catheterization,compliance,pain,satisfaction of family members and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate(94%),compliance(74%)and family satisfaction(94%)of the children in Group B were significantly higher than those in Group A(64%,46%and 78%),and the pain level(47 patients with grade 3 and below)in Group B was significantly lower than that in Group A(40 patients with grade 3 and below),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The participation of family members can improve the success rate of intravenous infusion indwelling needle puncture,relieve the pain,improve the compliance,reduce adverse reactions and improve the satisfaction of family members on the quality of nursing.
