产房区与产后区护士协作攻坚护理在阴道分娩后排尿管理中的应用

The application of nursing cooperation between parturient and postpartum nurses in the management of micturition after vaginal delivery

目的观察产房区与产后区护士协作攻坚护理在阴道分娩后排尿管理中的应用效果。方法选取产房区与产后区护士协作攻坚护理模式开展前(2018年1~3月)和开展后(2018年4~6月)于广东省湛江市第二人民医院(广东医科大学附属第二医院)以阴道分娩方式生产的产妇各100例,开展前后产妇分别设为对照组与实验组。对照组接受常规产后排尿管理,实验组接受产房区与产后区护士协作攻坚化产后排尿护理管理干预。比较两组干预后的各观察指标。结果实验组产妇产后首次自行排尽尿液时间与产后尿潴留发生率均显著低于对照组,产后排尿护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用产房区与产后区护士协作攻坚护理模式开展阴道分娩后排尿管理活动,可协助该类产妇成功把握产后自行排尿窗口期,降低产后尿潴留发生风险,提升产后排尿护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing cooperation between parturient and postpartum nurses in the management of micturition after vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 100 cases of pregnant women who were produced by vaginal delivery in the Second People's Hospital of Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province(the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University)(January to March 2018)and a total of 100 cases of pregnant women after the implementation(April to June 2018)were divided into the control group and the test group.The control group received routine post-natal urine discharge management,and the test group received the intervention of nursing management in post-natal and post-natal urination in the area of maternity ward and postpartum zone.The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results The first time of spontaneous excretion of urine and the incidence of postpartum urinary retention in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the score of nursing satisfaction after puerperal urination was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were satistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Using the collaboration between the delivery room and the post natal nurses to develop the nursing mode to carry out the urination management after vaginal delivery can help the parturient to successfully grasp the period of postpartum urination window,reduce the risk of postpartum urinary retention and improve the satisfaction of postpartum urination nursing.
