针对广东省不动产登记数据整合过程中遇到的各类复杂问题,本文基于Geo Globle平台设计开发了一套符合不动产登记整合数据成果的质量检查软件。该软件实现了检查所需软件环境的有效整合,具有数据质量检查和数据质量评价功能模块。可以实现自动化检查,大大减少了人力工作量,同时可以很好地保证数据成果的质量。通过具体的实践验证,该软件可以较好地提高不动产登记数据整合成果质检的工作效率、维护检查过程的规范性。实践表明,此软件对不动产登记数据质量控制起到了良好的作用,可为今后的不动产登记数据质量检查和大数据生产提供参考借鉴。
