杭州市丁兰板块规划建设的反思与启示

Reflections on Planning and Construction of Dinglan Plate in HangZhou City

在城市高速发展阶段采取建设"新城"的模式来拓展原有的城市空间、向外转移产业和人口成为我国大城市发展的主导开发模式。杭州市丁兰板块建设即是以"新城"建设模式进行开展。自概念提出至今,已从城市边缘演变为杭城北部人气集聚板块。板块依托良好的交通、区位、文化等发展条件,实现了从经济适用房聚集区向智慧小镇的蜕变。规划建设的成果及不足等方面对其他地区同类项目的实施将产生有益启示。

In the high-speed development stage of the city,the model of"new town"is adopted to expand the original urban space,and the transfer of industry and population has become the leading development mode in major cities which is carried out in the construction of Ding Lan plate.Since the concept was proposed,Ding Lan plate has evolved from the edge of the city into popular gathering plate in the north of Hangzhou.On the basis of good traffic,location,culture and other development conditions,Ding Lan plate has achieve from the affordable housing area to the wise town.We will provide useful inspiration to other similar plannings.
