合成气压缩机经长期停放后,透平速关阀出现了故障。通过对故障现象进行分析并对速关油路相关部件逐一检查,最终找出故障原因。采取相应的措施后,使速关阀故障得以排除。

After synthetic gas compressor has been shut down for a long time,the quick-closing valve of the turbine has failed.Through the analysis of the fault phenomenon and the inspection of related components of the quick-closing oil circuit one by one,the cause of the fault is finally found out.After corresponding measures are taken,the fault of the quick-closing valve can be eliminated.
