在磷酸二铵生产过程中,由于成品包装温度偏高,直接影响了产品质量。选用固体无尘冷却器代替原转鼓冷却窑,可使磷酸二铵物料温度由82℃下降至53℃,产品包装温度由54℃降至39℃,不仅改善了产品包装现场的环境,而且有效提升了磷酸二铵产品的外观质量。

In the production process of diammonium phosphate,the high product packaging temperature directly affects the product quality.Selecting solid dust-free cooler instead of the original drum cooling kiln can reduce the temperature of the diammonium phosphate material from 82℃to 53℃,and the product packaging temperature from 54℃to 39℃,which not only improves the environment of the product packaging site but also effectively improves the appearance quality of diammonium phosphate product.
