夹持管板式换热器试压环的结构设计

摘要 介绍了夹持管板式换热器试压环的作用,针对试压环厚度确定中存在的问题,对试压环进行了受力分析和设计计算。计算结果表明,仅靠管箱法兰厚度决定试压环厚度是不合理的,同时建议与试压环接触的垫片表面在使用前进行精密加工,使其表面粗糙度控制在12.5~25.0μm范围内。 The function of the pressure test ring of the clamped tube sheet heat exchanger is introduced.In connection with the problems in determining the thickness of the pressure test ring,force analysis and design calculation of the pressure test ring are carried out.The calculation results show that it is unreasonable to determine the thickness of the pressure test ring only by the thickness of the tank flange.At the same time,it is recommended that the surface of the gasket in contact with the pressure test ring should be precisely machined before use to control the surface roughness within the range of 12.5 to 25.0μm.
