回转窑轮带间隙数据跟踪与调整方法

摘要 回转窑筒体与轮带间隙大小直接影响着筒体的变形量,本文通过分析回转窑椭圆度、轮带间隙、滑移量间相应关系,筒体椭圆度对窑衬压力的影响及轮带间隙的跟踪与控制方法,得出热、冷态的跟踪与调整可提高回转窑耐火材料使用周期和运转率。 The rotary kiln barrel and the size of belt wheel gap directly affects the amount of deformation of the barrel.This paper analyzes the corresponding relationship between the ovality of the rotary kiln,the gap between the belt and the slip,the influence of the ovality of the barrel on the kiln lining pressure and the method of tracking and controlling the gap of the wheel belt,it is concluded that the tracking and adjustment of the hot and cold states can improve the service life and operating rate of the refractories of the rotary kiln.
