摘要
由于现场维修需要,在拆卸辊压机减速机时将辊轴以及减速机配合面拉伤,考虑到辊轴及减速机返厂维修周期及辊压机解体再安装的复杂性,决定现场在线采用福世蓝高分子复合材料对拉伤的辊轴传动端以及减速机配合面进行修复。修复结果比较理想,既确保了辊压机在修复后依然拥有良好可靠的工况,又大大缩减了返厂维修的时间周期,得到了很好的反馈效果。
Due to site maintenance requirement,when removing the reducer which on the drive end shaft,the mating surface of the shaft and the reducer is damaged.Considering the roll shaft and reducer to return factory repair cycle and the complexity of reinstall the disintegration of roller press,decided to use on-line repairing for the drive end shaft on roller press.The result of the repairing is very well,which not only ensures that the roller press still has a good and reliable working condition after the repairing,but also greatly reduces the time cycle of returning to the factory for maintenance,and gets a good feedback effection.So on-line repairing for the drive end shaft on roller press is worthy of promotion in the future.
