摘要
对于管道效率的取值,大中型火力发电站设计规范[1](GB 50660—2011)中直接规定取0.99,并没有规定具体的工况以及使用条件。文章就管道效率的定义、计算过程以及具体适用的工况做详细说明,明确不同工况下不同的管道效率的取值建议。通过计算,说明管道效率的取值完全可以突破规范规定的0.99,可以取0.993甚至更高,而具体的数值不仅仅是个技术问题,还涉及商务问题,具体项目应具体分析。
For the value of pipeline efficiency,Code for design of fossil fired power plant[1](GB 50660—2011)is directly specified to take 0.99,and does not definite the specific working and operating conditions.The author will describe the definition of pipeline efficiency,calculation process and specific applicable conditions as below.It is suggested to define different pipeline efficiency under different working conditions.After analysis and calculation,we can break through the 0.99 numerical value of normative regulation completely,and take the value as 0.993 or even higher.Yet,the specific numerical value is not only a technical problem,it still involve commercial issues.So,it should be analyzed and determined case by case.
