奶牛舒适度评估研究进展

Advances on Dairy Cow Comfort ability Assessment

舒适度与奶牛的产奶性能密切相关,但影响奶牛舒适度的因素很多,且难以量化评估。目前,国外研究人员对奶牛舒适度的各关键影响因素进行了系统分析,但中国对奶牛舒适度的研究相对较少,尤其缺少适合评估南方奶牛舒适度的指标和技术体系。文章首先对牛舍内影响奶牛舒适度的关键因素进行综述,然后将舒适度评估方法与评估指标及技术体系结合起来,总结出奶牛舒适度评估的关键点,同时为中国南方奶牛舒适度评估体系的建立提供技术参考。

Comfortability is closely related to the performance of dairy cows,but it is affected by many factors,and is difficult to quantitatively evaluate.At present,foreign researchers have systematically analyzed the key factors affecting the comfortability of dairy cows,but there are relatively few studies on it in China,especially the lack of indicators and technical systems suitable for evaluating the comfortability of dairy cows in South China.In this paper,the key factors affecting the comfortability of dairy cattle in the barn are summarized firstly,then the comfortability assessment method,evaluation index and technical system are combined to summarize the key points of the comfortability evaluation of dairy cattle,and provide technical reference for the establishment of the comfortability evaluation system of dairy cattle in South China.
