长江经济带工业绿色技术创新效率的时空分异研究

A Study on The Spatial-Temporal Differentiation of Industrial Green Technology Innovation Efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

随着长江经济带发展战略的深入推进,绿色技术创新已成为其绿色发展、可持续发展的必然选择。工业是绿色技术创新活动的重要承担者。本研究基于超效率SBM和Malmquist指数模型,运用2013—2017年长江经济带沿线11省市的面板数据,对其工业绿色技术创新效率进行静态测度与动态分析。研究结果显示:长江经济带工业绿色技术创新效率总体较低,各年效率均值皆小于1;但长江经济带、上中下游以及江西等8个省市的工业绿色技术创新效率都实现了增长;技术创新效率的增速高于技术进步的增速;区域与省级层面的技术创新效率及变化呈现明显的时空分异特征。最后,提出提升工业绿色技术创新效率的对策建议。

With the deepening of the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,green technological innovation has become an inevitable choice for its green development and sustainable development.Industry is an important undertaker of green technology innovation activities.Based on the super-efficiency SBM and Malmquist index model and panel data of 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2017,this paper studies the efficiency of industrial green technological innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The results show that the industrial green technology innovation efficiency of the Yangtze River economic belt is relatively low,and the average annual efficiency is less than 1.The industrial green technological innovation efficiency in the Yangtze River economic belt,theupper,middle and lower reaches,eight provinces and cities including Jiangxi Province,has increased.The growth rate of technological innovation efficiency is higher than that of technological progress.The efficiency of technological innovation and its changes at the regional and provincial levels show obvious spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of industrial green technology innovation are put forward.
