乡村旅游与新型城镇化耦合发展研究——以江苏省为例

Study on Coupling Development of Rural Tourism and New Urbanization——A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

乡村旅游通过集聚效应、结构效应、投资效应、生态效应等动力共同作用,从人口、经济、社会、空间、生态等方面全方位推动新型城镇化的进程,新型城镇化通过市场需求与供给的双重拉动,带动乡村旅游在规模、品质、效益等方面的发展.基于此,构建乡村旅游与新型城镇化系统评价指标体系与耦合模型,对2010—2016年江苏省乡村旅游与新型城镇化系统耦合度与耦合协调度进行实证研究,结果显示:江苏省乡村旅游与新型城镇化系统互动性、协调性强,在年际变化上,耦合度与耦合协调度波动上升;苏南、苏中、苏北地区乡村旅游与新型城镇化系统耦合度存在显著梯度差异,其中苏南地区两系统互动性最强,其次是苏中地区,最后是苏北地区,三大区域历年耦合协调度存在差异,其中苏南地区最高,属高度耦合,苏中、苏北地区属中度耦合;江苏省大部分城市乡村旅游与新型城镇化系统已经进入高度耦合、良性发展阶段,并且耦合协调等级逐步提高,根据各市变化特征的不同可分为优势互动型、持续增长型、波动增长型、滞后发展型四类;江苏省乡村旅游与新型城镇化的耦合发展受到经济发展水平、资源禀赋、政府支持等因素的共同影响.要促进江苏省乡村旅游与新型城镇化协调发展,就要推动二者深度耦合,各地均衡发展,并且因地制宜地选择适当的耦合模式.

By the combined action of accumulative effect,structural effect,investment effect and ecological effect,rural tourism promotes the process of new urbanization from aspects of population,economic,social,space and ecology,meanwhile,new urbanization drives the development of rural tourism’s scale,quality and benefit from dual-pull of market requirement and demand.Basing on these,this paper constructs evaluation index system and coupled model of rural tourism system and new urbanization system,and then analyzes couple degree and coupling coordination degree of rural tourism system and new urbanization system in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2016.Results show that,rural tourism system and new urbanization system in Jiangsu Province couple and coordinate with each other well,which rising with fluctuations;the couple degree of the three regions of Jiangsu has significant difference,southern Jiangsu is the highest one,central Jiangsu is the second,the last is northern Jiangsu.It has significant difference of coupling coordination degree in the three regions,southern Jiangsu is the highest one which is highly coupled,central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu are both mid-coupled;the rural tourism and new urbanization system in most cities of Jiangsu are highly coupled,and the classifications upgrade gradually,according to the different changing characteristics,the cities can be divided into four types:advantage interactive type,continuous growth type,fluctuation growth type and lagging development type;the coupling development of rural tourism and new urbanization in Jiangsu Province is influenced by economic development level,resource endowment,government support and so on.In order to promote the coordinated development of the two system in Jiangsu Province,it is necessary to promote the deep coupling and the balanced development in different cities and choose appropriate coupling pattern for them.
