秸秆基磺化碳催化制备生物柴油 被引量:3

Preparation of biodiesel from oleic acid catalyzed by straw stalk-based sulfonated carbon

摘要 以稻草秸秆为原料,通过对稻草秸秆的碳化及磺化,制得秸秆基磺化碳催化剂。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和比表面及孔径吸附仪等对催化剂进行表征。将该催化剂用于催化油酸与甲醇的酯化反应,考察工艺条件对油酸转化率的影响。结果表明:在催化剂用量为油酸质量的3%、醇油摩尔比为10∶1时,在120℃下反应5 h,油酸酯化率最高达到93.84%。该催化剂重复使用5次后,其活性基本维持不变。 The straw stalk-based sulfonated carbon catalyst was prepared via carbonization-sulfonation using straw stalk as raw material. The catalyst was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR), and specific surface area and catalyst acidity. And the catalyst was used for the esterification of oleic acid and methanol to prepare biodiesel and the catalytic performance of the catalyst was investigated with esterification rate of biodiesel as index. Results showed that the esterification rate of biodiesel reached 93.84% under the conditions of catalyst dosage of 3%, molar ratio of methanol to oleic acid of 10∶1, reaction temperature of 120 ℃, and reaction time of 5 h. The catalyst still kept the catalytic performance after reusing 5 times.
