不孕症病人非理性生育认知与病耻感的相关性研究

Correlation study between irrational reproductive cognition and stigma in infertile patients

[目的]探讨不孕症病人的非理性生育认知和病耻感水平及其相关性.[方法]采用方便抽样法抽取2018年5月—2018年8月在西安两所三级甲等医院生殖医学科接受生殖辅助技术的334例不孕症病人作为研究对象,使用一般情况调查表、非理性生育认知问卷、不孕症病耻感量表对病人进行调查.[结果]334例不孕症病人非理性生育认知总分为(44. 61±11. 03)分;病耻感总分为(62. 40±22. 21)分;不孕症病人非理性生育认知总分和病耻感总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0. 05).[结论]不孕症病人非理性生育认知水平处于中等偏上水平,病耻感接近中等水平,二者相关,病人非理性生育认知水平越高,病耻感水平越高.

Objective:To probe into levels of irrational reproductive cognition and stigma among infertility patients and their correlation. Methods:A total of 334 infertile patients who received assisted reproductive technology in the reproductive medicine department of two tertiary grade A hospitals in Xi'an from May 2018 to August 2018,were selected as research objects by convenient sampling method. And investigation was carried out by taking general information questionnaire,Irrational Parenthood Cognitions Questionnaire and Infertility Stigma Scale. Results:Total score of irrational reproductive cognition among 334 infertility patients was 44. 61±11. 03. Total score of stigma was 62. 40±22. 21. Total score of irrational reproductive cognition of infertility patients was positively correlated with total score and score of each dimension of stigma(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The level of irrational reproductive cognition of infertility patients is above the middle level. And patients'stigma is close to the middle level. There is a correlation between the two. The higher the level of irrational fertility cognition of patients is,the higher the level of stigma is.
