摘要
为考核数据链装备在实战条件下的作战效能、作战适用性和体系适用性,全面检验遂行作战任务的能力,提出了数据链装备作战试验评估指标体系的构建原则与思路,分析了数据链装备作战效能、作战适用性和体系适用性等评估指标的概念内涵,建立了评估指标体系,给出了底层指标的计算方法.
To assess the operational effectiveness, operational suitability, system of systems suitability of weapons and equipment under actual operational conditions, and test their capabilities to carry out operational tasks, the concepts of operational effectiveness,operational suitability, system of systems suitability of tactical data link are analyzed in this paper. A evaluation index system is built and the methods of the bottom index calculation are given. The results can provide reference for the research on theory and method for data link equipment operational test.
