摘要
以南粳9108为材料,设计3个播种时间(5月14、21、28日)和3种插秧方式(硬盘机插25 cm行距、硬盘机插30 cm行距、钵苗摆栽),研究其对优良食味水稻产量和品质的影响。结果表明,早播(5月14日)条件下,水稻钵苗摆栽产量高,品质好;晚播(5月28日)条件下,硬盘机插25 cm行距处理产量高。播期、栽插方式对南粳9108糙米率、精米率影响不显著;垩白粒率、垩白度、整精米率、胶稠度、碱消值均随着播期的推迟而下降,稻米品质降低。
The current study was undertaken to assess the effects of sowing date and transplanting method on the yield and quality of Nanjing 9108, a rice cultivar with good taste. The field trial involved three sowing dates(May 14, 21, and 28) in 2016 and three transplanting methods(25 cm row spacing set by a hard disk machine, 30 cm row spacing set by a hard disk machine, and potted seedling placement). The results showed that under the condition of early sowing(May 14), the treatment with potted seedling placement achieved a higher rice yield and quality;under the condition of late sowing(May 28), the treatment with 25 cm row spacing set by a hard disk machine attained a higher yield. On the other hand, neither sowing date nor transplanting mode had significant impact on the brown rice rate and milled rice rate of Nanjing 9108, while chalky grain rate, chalkiness, milled rice rate, gel consistency, and alkali dissipation value all decreased with the delay of sowing date, as did rice quality.
