摘要 某钢铁厂新建的两条热镀锌生产线均采用热轧基板和在线酸洗相结合的方式,即连续酸洗镀锌联合机组。对试生产的产品开展SEM扫描电镜、EDS微区能谱仪及蔡司光学显微镜对镀锌层厚度、元素成分含量、基板钢材组织及Fe-Zn之间扩散程度进行分析,结果表明:合金层的吸铝量越高,镀层的粘附性越好,而且更大程度上取决于锌液中的带钢的温度。 The newly-built hot galvanizing production lines in a certain steel&iron plant both combined process of hot rolling plate blank and on-line pickling and belonged to continuous pickling galvanizing combined set.The trial products have been analyzed on galvanizing coating thickness,elements compositions contents,plate blank steel microstructure and penetration degree between Fe and Zn by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),EDS microregion spectrometer and Zeiss optical microscope,the results showed that alloy coating absorbed more Al amount along with better coating adhesion,which much depended on strip steel temperature in Zn liquid.
