摘要
采用传统的折弯参数对高强钢进行折弯,加工效率较低,折弯精度也难保证。通过高强钢折弯工艺分析,建立各折弯参数的实体-联系模型,优化各类参数的逻辑结构,并开发高强钢折弯参数数据库,建立用户界面,为现场提供高效精准的折弯参数,同时可便捷地收集现场的折弯数据,使数据库不断优化。
Bending of high strength steel by conventional bending parameters has shortcomings of lower machining efficiency and uncertain bending precision.By analyzing high strength steel bending process,Entity-Relationship(E-R)model of bending parameters has been established and logic structure of parameters has been optimized,meanwhile high strength steel bending parameters database has been developed to set up user interface,which provided highly effective and precision bending parameters for working site and conveniently collected site bending data to improve database.
