摘要
针对市场上电机测试装置无法在教学中用于测试学生装调的电机控制系统的问题,研制了一套针对性强、自动化程度高、节约时间、成绩结果准确度高的用于教学的电机控制系统测试装置,由PLC控制在触摸屏上显示通电试验情况并自动生成通电试验成绩。试验测试和实际应用表明,采用该测试装置测试的工作效率提高近3倍。
Aiming at the problem that the motor testing device in the market cannot be used to test the motor control system installed and adjusted by students in teaching,a set of motor control system testing device for teaching is developed in this paper,which has strong pertinence,high degree of automation,time saving feature and high accuracy of results.PLC controls to display the power-on test on the touch screen and automatically generates the power-on test results.The test and practical application show that the working efficiency of the test device is improved nearly 3 times.
