摘要
基于新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)存在通过“粪口传播”和“粪-气溶胶”呼吸道传播的可能,系统地探讨了疫情期间城镇污水系统各个环节的应急管理和防护策略。指出需从污水产生源头、输送过程和终端处理处置的全流程中,识别重要的病毒暴露风险环节,采取改变运行管理方式、加强人员防护和工作场所消毒等应急防护策略,为彻底切断病毒从污水系统向人群传播的路径提供保障。
Based on the possibility that the novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)could be transmitted through the"fecal-oral transmission"and"fecal-aerosol respiratory tract",the emergency management and protection strategy of each link of municipal wastewater treatment system during its outbreak are systematically discussed.It is pointed out that the important link of virus exposure risk should be identified,and the emergency protection strategies to change the operation management mode and to strengthen the personnel protection and workplace disinfection should be taken in the complete process of sewage source,conveyance process and terminal treatment in order to provide the guarantee for completely cutting off the transmission path of virus from the wastewater system to the population.
