不同种类稀释沥青类雾封层材料路用性能对比

Comparison on Pavement Performances of Different Kinds of Cutback Asphalt Fog-sealing Materials

结合广东地区市政道路预防性养护工程,对比分析了3种稀释沥青类雾封层材料的基础性能、黏附性、对旧沥青再生效果和对混合料性能的影响,并评价了试验路段的实施效果。结果表明:稀释沥青类雾封层材料可以有效再生老化沥青,提高混合料的水稳定性和抗松散性能,修复微小裂缝,防止骨料松散脱落,同时改善路面封水效果,提高路面美观性。

Combined with the preventive maintenance projects of municipal roads in Guangdong Province,the basic performances,adhesions,regeneration effects of old asphalt and effects on mixture performances of three kinds of cutback asphalt fog-sealing materials are compared and analyzed,and the implementation effect of the test road section is evaluated.The results show that the cutback asphalt fog-sealing material can effectively regenerate the aged asphalt,improve the water stability and anti-loose performance of the mixture,repair the micro cracks,prevent the aggregate from loose falling off,improve the water sealing effect of the pavement,and improve the aesthetics of the pavement.
